The whole event is free, and there are lots of other activities planned. It's going to be a lot of fun, and a great way for kids (and parents) to get their feet wet with 3D printing. Anyone in Toronto this weekend should come on by!
We ran a similar creature design and 3D printing activity as a part of the NASA Youth Space Challenge that we coordinated at the ROM a few weeks ago and it was a big success! It's really exciting to design a 3D object yourself and then print it out on the spot.
We will be at the Marilyn Brewer Community Space 235 Queens Quay West from 11-5 pm on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. We're super excited for the event, come and say hi!
